The Dorothy Henry Branch, located in Vernon on Route 94, is one of the busiest branches in the Sussex County Library System.
The Dorothy Henry Branch has an excellent collection of books, music CDs, Books-on-Tape, Books-on-Cds, magazines, and DVDs, and it offers an outstanding selection of adult and children’s programs. If the item you want isn’t in the branch, the staff will be happy to obtain it from another Sussex County Library or, when necessary, at no cost, from a library outside of the County System.
In addition, the Dorothy Henry Branch has a Community Meeting Room that is available for non-profit purposes; it can be booked by calling the library. Many exciting programs take place in the Meeting Room. Some of these programs are sponsored by the Friends of the Dorothy Henry Library. And in the spring of 2006, new outdoor furniture will be installed on the library’s recently-build patio. The patio is a great place to read a book.
Please visit the Dorothy Henry Branch, or one of the Sussex County libraries, today. Library cards are free for residents of Sussex County. You can also visit us at our website: www.sussexcountylibrary.org. The website contains many great features, including access to our computer catalog, online databases, and the ability to request books.
